Checklist

Administrator manages Checklist Items and Checklist Groups in this setting. Checklist items refer to questions within a checklist to which a user responds with a Yes, No or N/A. Checklist group refers to a grouping of checklists.

Checklist Items

Checklist items are displayed in a table with the following columns:

  • Display Name
  • Description
  • Status
  • Action On top of the table, the following settings are available:
  • Export to Excel (dropdown) – export table to excel

  • Add Checklist Item (action button)

Click Add Checklist Item to create a new checklist item by providing Name, Display Name, Description, Status and Security. In Security, map a checklist item with a role, department or document type by selecting from the dropdown. Click Save to save the item and close the dialog box. Active and Inactive are the two status for every checklist item. In the checklist items table, admin can click the toggle button to change the status. Instead of deleting a checklist item, it could be made inactive to remove that item from the checklist. Under Actions, click edit icon to edit a checklist item. Edit Name, Display Name, Description, Status and Security. Click Save to save changes and close the dialog box.

Checklist Groups

Checklist Groups can be created to include multiple checklist items under one header. The groups created by the admin is displayed in a table as shown below: On top of the table, the following setting are available:

  • Export to Excel (dropdown) – export table to excel

  • Add Checklist Group (action button)

Click Add Checklist Group to create a new group. Enter Group Name, select Related To (ex: approval request), search for a checklist item from the left panel and check the items to include in the group or check Select All and click Add to add items to the group. Click Save to save changes and close the dialog box. Note: To remove an item from a group, check the item from Selected Items and click Remove. Similar to checklist items, admin can set status to checklist group as well. Also admin can edit checklist group by clicking edit under Actions.
