File Properties

The user has the following actions available for each file displayed in the Asset Library:

• Bookmark – for ease of retrieval. Bookmarked files are collated and displayed by the system.
• Properties – displays metadata associated with the file along with tags. This section is editable.
• Download – for downloading the file
• Delete – for removing the file from the Asset Library
• Share – to forward the file to another user by entering the email address of the user. Comments can also be provided.
• Revise - to start a new workflow for revision of artwork.
• Update – for updating the file by adding another file from the desktop. Version number will be updated.
• Archive - as the name suggests, to archive a file.
