1. Where is the dashboard in ManageArtworks?

When a user logs in to the ManageArtworks application, dashboard is the default home screen.

2. What do I see in the dashboard?

The welcome screen of the ManageArtworks application presents the user with a dashboard. The dashboard has a set of tiles that provides real time data on the following:

  • My Inbox – displays the count of projects pending action from this user
  • Initiated Projects – displays the count of projects where this user is a participant
  • All Projects – displays the count of total projects handled by the company
3. How are the metrics segregated and displayed?

Project Initiation and Artwork Approval metrics are segregated and shown by the system in the dashboard.

Under the categories described above, three data points are captured by the system:

  • Total – displays the total count inside a blue tile which is the sum of on-time and delayed
  • On Time – displays the count of activities/projects completed on time
  • Delayed – displays the count of activities/projects that were delayed beyond stipulated time in the workflow
4. What are the views available?

The system allows the user the flexibility to change the views in modules. There are three types of views available:

  • List View
  • Tile View
  • Grid View

5. What actions can I take directly from the dashboard page?

Workflow actions can be taken directly from the dashboard.

  • Terminate - The workfow can be terminated by specifying the reason for termination.
  • Move - If the user has necessary permission, then the workflow step can be skipped and moved to the subsequent step. The user has to specify reason.
  • Forward - If the user has necessary permission, then the workflow step can be forwarded to another user.
  • Pullback - If the user has necessary permission, then the workflow step can be reverted.
  • Download - If there are any files in that particular workflow, it can be downloaded.
  • Form Edit - Goes to Request Info within the workflow so that the form fields associated with the workflow can be edited.
