Review Artwork (Updated Version)

After the designer clicks submit, reviewer receives an email. Within the system, the reviewer is notified of the pending activity with the following status: “Pending with MA Reviewer for Artwork Review.”

Under Files tab, take note of the new version number. Under Actions in Files tab, click eye icon to open file. Reviewer has to compulsorily fill the associated checklist in the viewer. Note: In the checklist, if answer to any point is No, then user has to provide comments compulsorily.

In addition to filling a checklist which is seamlessly integrated into the viewer, the user can also annotate and compare artwork by using comprehensive annotation and comparison tools as described in section titled viewer in the help module.

After saving the checklist, close the viewer. In the workflow, click Approve to approve artwork and complete the activity.
