The project initiator is notified by an email after the user designated for Upload Artwork Inputs has completed the activity.

ManageArtworks provides the user with multiple inboxes within the Workflow module which are programmed to receive different types of notifications. My Inbox stores notifications of pending tasks for a user.

My Inbox notifications are also shown on the home page under Dashboard.

Go to files tab to view the uploaded files. The initiator will be able to download the inputs file for reviewing.

Click Reject to seek clarifications regarding the files attached as artwork inputs. List your queries/suggestions in the Comments section. Providing a comment is mandatory when initiator attempts to reject.

When the initiator clicks Approve, depending on the number of components in this project, component workflows are initiated.
