Review Artwork Inputs

Once Upload Artwork Inputs activity is submitted successfully, initiator receives an email regarding pending action. ManageArtworks system displays notifications under My Inbox (Project Initiation) both in welcome screen and within workflow module. Initiator clicks notification to enter the activity. Review information under Request Info. Review files attached under Files. The following action buttons are available to the user:

• Approve – when the user clicks approve, depending on number of components in this project, workflows are initiated. In this example, there are two components and hence two workflows are initiated.
• Reject – goes back to the Upload Artwork Inputs stage for further action.
• Save – save work and revisit later for submission.

After the user clicks Approve, notification regarding this workflow is seen in the Component Inbox for this user.
