User Administration

System displays User List under User Administration. The top section of the user list has four tiles displaying the following metrics:

  • No. of users – displays total count of users in the system.
  • Active users – displays count of active users in the system.
  • Inactive users – displays count of inactive users in the system.
  • Locked users – displays count of locked users.

Click Add User and enter details in the pop-up form to create a new user.

The user list table is organized under following columns:

  • Login ID
  • User Name
  • Mail ID
  • Added Date
  • Actions

Click Edit icon to change/update user name, mail ID, Language and Time Zone as shown below:

Status

Admin can set active/inactive status to a user. This prevents the need to delete any user ac-count from the system. Click Status to change the status of the user from Inactive to Active or vice versa. View Details Lock

Typically account of an active user is locked because of multiple log-in attempts using incorrect passwords. Admin can unlock the account of a user.
