Click Start a New Project to start a project workflow.
Under Request Info tab, fill mandatory form fields and select components.
Initiated By and Initiated On are auto-filled by the system. Project Name, Product Name, Brand and Pack Size are mandatory fields to be filled by the user.
One or more components can be selected. Choose Component Type from the dropdown (mandatory) and enter Component Code in the text field (optional).
Initiator can upload input files in the Files tab by selecting corresponding File Type and Component Type.
Note:
In the Stakeholders tab, against each activity to be performed, initiator selects users. Multiple users can also be selected for any given activity. Initiator can assign timing for each activity by entering a number in Timing. UOM refers to Unit of Measurement which in this case is Days.
The following are the action buttons available to the initiator at this stage:
The submitted request can be viewed under All Projects inbox of the initiator. This notification is displayed with a status: Pending with Artwork Approver for Upload Artwork Inputs.
Note: The system displays either In Progress or Completed against each activity (notifications) depending on the status. This information is colour-coded as follows:
Mouseover on In Progress will result in the system displaying more information such as Planned End Date and Estimated End Date.
