Viewer

The application has a built-in PDF Viewer which can be launched from either the Asset Library or from within a Workflow.

Top Panel

The top panel in the viewer has three buttons namely: Checklist (during workflows), Action and Version.

Checklist

Checklist displays any associated checklist that has to be filled as part of the workflow. There are two types of checklist, My Checklist and All Checklist. My checklist displays the checklist which that user has to fill. Note: All checklists displays all the checklists marked for various users in the workflow. There are three responses available for each checklist item – Yes, No and N/A. The user has the option to provide comments as well. Comment is mandatory if the user selects No as a response. The system displays an error if the user selects No and ignores to provide comment.

Version

Version displays the version of the file that is loaded in the viewer. The user can select previous versions to load as well, if available.
